30-Day Free Returns
We offer free returns within 30 days of receiving your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items for a full refund.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- Include all original tags, packaging, accessories, and documentation.
- Show no signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration.
MaisonKleff reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Free Return Shipping
Return shipping is completely free. To start a return, please contact our customer support team. We will provide you with return instructions and a prepaid return label when applicable.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as this may delay the processing of your refund.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- The email address used for the order
- The reason for the return

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds are usually issued within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.
Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can help you as quickly as possible. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, size, or colour, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Items returned without original packaging or tags where applicable
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account and contact your payment provider or bank, as processing times may vary.
